Initial Considerations
REDCap Version 10 modified previous project statuses and reorganized how projects are available for viewing

The Process
The status of a project is viewed within the Other Functionality tab. When a project is in the Development mode

, it is under construction and NO REAL DATA should ever be collected


Once a project has been built & tested it is moved to the more secure status of Production. See Moving to Production


Once data collection has been completed, the project can be moved to Analysis / Cleanup. Simply click the blue button:

Additional Considerations
The "Archived" project status has been removed and converted into a built-in Project Folder named "My Hidden Projects", as now seen at the bottom of each user's My Projects page.Image Removed

  • If users wish to hide any projects from their My Projects list, they may click the Organize button on that page and place the projects into that new Project Folder
