  1. Go to: https://redcap01.brisc.utah.edu/ccts/redcap/
  2. Sign in with your U of U ID and password

  3. Fill out and submit the form that comes up, use campus email address
  4. You will then be sent an email to confirm that you’re a REDCap user
  5. The new user can now either create their own project or be added as a user to an existing project.

If new user does not have a University of Utah ID:

  1. All users must have a University of Utah ID to access REDCap and other BMIC tools. For REDCap use the PI should use use this link: https://gowww.hr.utah.edu/cas/login?service=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.hr.utah.edu%2Fforms%2Faffiliateforms/affiliate.php to request a UU Affiliate ID.  The Id is usually assigned with 24 hours. Once they have their ID they can be added to REDCap project(s).
