  1. Go to: https://redcap01.brisc.utah.edu/ccts/redcap/
  2. Sign in with your U of U ID and password

  3. Fill out and submit the form that comes up, use campus email address
  4. You will then be sent an email to confirm that you’re a REDCap user
  5. The new user can now either create their own project or be added as a user to an existing project.

If new user does not have a University of Utah ID:

  1. Fill out the form atAll users must have a University of Utah ID to access REDCap and other BMIC tools. For REDCap use the PI should use use this linkhttps://redcap01.briscgo.utah.edu/ccts/redcap/surveys/?s=DKNKPTPCAD
  2. The P.I. will be emailed a short survey to sign and submit
  3. An email about the new REDCap account will then be sent to the P.I. and to the person that requested the new account
  4. The new user can then be added as a user to a REDCap project by the project manager.  cas/login?service=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.hr.utah.edu%2Fforms%2Faffiliate.php to request a UU Affiliate ID.  The Id is usually assigned with 24 hours.
