1. Go to page that you want to add branching logic to 2. Select the green arrow on question you want to apply branching logic to (circled in red below). 
3. The box show shown below will now pop up. Here is where you select choose the question you want to be true enable to make this question show up on surveyanswer you'd like a participant to select to a previous question enable for the current question to appear on the form/survey. 
4. Now drag the options you want to be selected from the “Field choices from other fields” box to the “Show the field ONLY if…” box. This assigns the question to be hidden unless the answer you drag over to the “Show the field ONLY if” is selected. A demonstration is shown here:  5. Click Save. The Branching Logic should now be programmed to work for that question. |
