1. Go to page that you want to add branching logic to 2. Select the green arrow on question you want to apply branching logic to (circled in red below).  Image Removed Image Added
3. The box show below will now pop up. Here is where you select the question you want to be true enable to make this question show up on survey 
4. Now drag the options you want to be selected from the “Field choices from other fields” box to the “Show the field ONLY if…” box. This assigns the question to be hidden unless the answer you drag over to the “Show the field ONLY if” is selected. A demonstration is shown here:  Image Removed  Image Added 5. Click Save.
