Ο  1.   Check project settings

 Ο  A.   Project must have a meaningful project name

 Ο  B.   Make sure the purpose of the project is not “Just for fun”

 Ο  C.   If it’s a research project, check if IRB number is entered

 Ο  2. Test every form on project to make sure they are working and edited correctly

   Ο  A.  Enter test data into forms (This is helpful in exposing data issues before moving a project to “production” status)

Ο  3.  Check first field on the first form to verify that it is unique and Not confidential

Ο  4.  Select PHI identifiers

Ο  5.  Export data and have statistician look at it to verify it meets his/her expectations.
