    1. Submit a ticket to request an U of U affiliate ID .BMIC staff will send a ProTrackS form to you to gather the needed information for requesting affiliate ID's on your behalfwith the email addresses of the users you need accounts for.
    2. BMIC staff will then process the affiliate ID requests on your behalf and notify you and the end user.

      1. Choose the "U Affiliate ID" request form after entering your project data.
      2. Enter the email information about each user you wish to request an account for.
