1. Go to page that you want to add branching logic to
2. Select the green arrow on question you want to apply branching logic to (circled in red below).
3. A box similar to the one shown below will now pop up. Here you choose the answer you'd like a participant to select to a previous question enable for the current question to appear on the form/survey.
4. Now in the “Field choices from other fields” box, select the field(s) the logic is based on, and drag and drop it/ them into the “Show the field ONLY if…” box. You then may need to define what the answer should be enable for it to appear on the instrument. Doing all of this assigns the question to be hidden until the logic in the "Show the field ONLY if..." comes true. For example, in this box if you selected that state=Utah, the question would only appear on the instrument when Utah was selected on the "state" question.

5. Click Save. The Branching Logic should now be programmed to work for that question.
