To set this up, do the following:
- Enable an the first instrument to be a survey. Instructions how to do this are at: <https://wiki.chpc.utah.edu/display/bmic/Enable+Survey>
- Click on "Manage Survey Participants" in left side bar (circled in red below)
- Now click on "Public Survey Link" (Circled in red below). Here it will show the Public Survey URL (Circled in green below). You can give this to anyone that you would like to have fill out the survey.
