Collection Protocols

From the left navigation panel or home page, select a collection protocol from the list of CPs you have access to.

Participant Overview page

Displays the list of participants registered to this protocol. On the right side, you may make selections or enter details to filter the participant list by common fields such as ID, name, registration date, or age.

From here, you may also add participants. The drop down menu found under “More” displays advanced features that will be covered in a different section.

You may also select an individual partcipant by clicking the Participant Protocol ID to navigate to the participant overview page from which you can edit any available field.

  • Selecting multiple participants to edit is possible by checking the box on the left next to all participants.

  • Choosing 'Edit' will display a list of fields available to edit, however this menu only supports the ability to edit fields for which the value will be the same for all participants.

You may also select “View Specimens” from this Participant Overview page.

When presented the list of specimens, to the right you may filter specimens by type, lineage, date, or other common criteria.

After applying filters, you can select all or a subset of the samples of interest using the boxes on the left side.

Once selected, use the drop down arrow adjacent to “Actions” menu to record processing information. Or, use “Add to Cart” to easily find this group of samples later or share them with other users.

To navigate back to the list of participants in the protocol, you can click on the CP name in the “breadcrumbs” navigation at the top left or click “View Participants”.
