Once you have created a query in TriNetX, you may want to have the metadata provided to you for further analysis. This article will guide you through the process of requesting your cohort metadata.
- Please note that de-identified data will be provided immediately upon submission on the tab called "Available Data".
- If you are requesting identifiable data, your dataset request is either processed by the EDW team at the University of Utah or is sent to TriNetX for processing if the cohort includes participants outside of the University of Utah. Either way, the turn-around response time can take up to 3 months to process.
TO SUBMIT A TRINETX DATASET REQUEST
- Using Query Builder, create one or more queries on the TriNetX Research network to define your cohorts to include in the dataset. Click the Request Dataset button.
