Once you have created a query in TriNetX, you may want to have the metadata provided to you for further analysis. This article will guide you through the process of requesting your cohort metadata.
- Please note that after you submit your request for de-identified data, it will be provided immediately upon submission on the tab called "Available Data". go to TriNetX for approval. If your research is funded there will be a cost (Dataset for Unfunded research is free).
- A Dataset Release Form must be signed by the PI. A Members of the CTSI team will help coordinate the signing of the Dataset Release Form.
- If you are requesting identifiable data, your dataset request is either processed by the EDW team at the University of Utah or is sent to TriNetX for processing if the cohort includes participants outside of the University of Utah. Either way, the turn-around response time can take up to 3 months to processrequest will be sent to the Data Science Team.
- Dataset will be sent to UBOX and research will be provided with a passcode to access the data.
