Once you have created a query in TriNetX, you may want to have the dataset provided to you for further analysis. This article will guide you through the process of requesting your cohort dataset.
- Please note that after you submit your request for de-identified data, a member of CTSI will review the request to ensure coherence and would work with the investigator to make change when necessary.
- The request will the go top TriNetX for approval. If your research is funded there will be a cost (Dataset for unfunded research is free).
- A Dataset Release Form must be signed by the PI and TriNetX. A Members of the CTSI team will help coordinate the signing of the Dataset Release Form.
