Collection Protocols
From the left navigation panel or home page, select a collection protocol from the list of CPs you have access to.
Participant Overview page
Displays the list of participants registered to this protocol. On the right side, you may make selections or enter details to filter the participant list by common fields such as ID, name, registration date. or age.
From here, you may also add participants. The drop down menu found under “More” displays advanced features that will be covered in a different section.
You may also select an individual Participant Protocol ID to edit participant fields or you may select multiple participants by checking the box on the left to editing or delete records in bulk. The edit menu only supports the ability to edit fields for which the value will be the same for all participants.

You may also select “View Specimens” from this page.
From the list of specimens, to the right you may filter specimens by type, lineage, date, or other common criteria.
After applying filters, select the samples of interest using the boxes on the left side.
Then drop down the “Actions” menu to record processing information, or use “Add to Cart” to easily find this group of samples later or share them with other users.
To navigate back to the list of participants in the protocol, you can click on the CP name in the “breadcrumbs” navigation at the top left or “View Participants”.
