The File Repository application page may be used for storing and retrieving files and documents within your REDCap project

How to navigate to ‘File Repository’ Page

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Functions available for use:

  • User files via Upload New File

  • Data Export Files

  • PDF Survey Archive

User Files / Upload New File:

  • This is where uploaded files will live, which must first be uploaded via ‘Upload New File’ tab.

  • After uploading a file, users have the ability to download a copy, or email the file via ‘send it’ as user permissions allow

  1. Choose your file

  2. Provide file Name/Label

  3. Click ‘Upload file’

Confirmation of upload:

 

Data Export Files:

  • Contains all the data export and syntax files, which are automatically stored in this area

PDF Survey Archive:

  • Contains copies of all completed record survey’s which have the ‘auto-archiver’ or ‘e-consent w/ auto-archive’ framework enabled

  • PDF copies can be downloaded indvidually or in bulk
