TO SUBMIT A TRINETX DATASET REQUEST

1. Using Query Builder, create one or more queries on the TriNetX Research network to define cohorts to include in the dataset. Click the Request Dataset button.

1. Select one or more cohorts.

1. Click the Request button.

1. Review the summary of your selections, you can include a message to the Dataset creators.

1. Select Send to Dataset Creator and you will see the screen below that indicates that your request was sent.
