Schedule Survey Invitations & Reminders
How to Schedule Survey Invitation:
Users can optionally schedule invitations to be sent at ANY time in the future if they would rather not send them immediately. Do this by doing the following:
Go to "Participant List' (located in "Manage Survey Participants)
At the top of the Participant List box, select a survey that you would like to schedule (circled in red in image below)
Click on "Compose Survey Invitations"
On the top, left side of the box that pops up, you'll see an area that says "when should the emails be sent?" (shown in image below). Here select when you would like the survey to sent to the selected participants.
How to Schedule Survey Reminders:
Survey Invitation Reminders are used for the following:
Users may set reminders for a given invitation to help remind respondents that they need to complete a survey if it has not been completed by a specified time.
A single reminder may be sent at an exact date/time, or a user may schedule up to 5 reminders to be sent according to a set time schedule.
Note - If the survey is completed, then any unsent reminders will be erased and will not be sent.
Set up reminders by doing the following:
Go to "Manage Survey Participants" and click on the "Participant List" tab at the top of the page
A table that contains the participant list will then appear on the next page. At the top of the table, select the survey you'd like to schedule (circled in red in image below) and click on "Compose Survey Invitations"
Click on "Compose Survey Invitations"
The "Send a Survey Invitation to Participants" box will then pop up. On the left side of the box select "Enable reminders". Choices about reminders will then appear and look like the image shown below. Here you can select when to re-send the reminders, how frequently, and the number of times of recurrence.
